All information regarding livestock, semen, genetic products, and related services is provided in accordance with Australian Animal Welfare Standards and Guidelines. HCC strives to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate, but does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are error-free.

3.2 Genetic Data and Performance Information
All genetic data, Estimated Breeding Values (EBVs), indices, and performance metrics are provided for informational purposes only and in accordance with relevant industry standards. While HCC makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that animals will perform exactly according to the data presented. Natural biological variation and environmental factors will influence actual performance.

3.3 Livestock Health and Welfare
All livestock offered by HCC comply with nationally consistent standards for animal welfare as developed under the Australian Animal Welfare Strategy (AAWS) and relevant state and territory legislation. All livestock operators must comply with prescribed livestock management standards applicable to their particular livestock operation.
